Hey fellow blog followers. Just wanted to tell you all that we must have left our camera charger in Spain because we have not come across it since we have been back. This means no pictures until we find out how to order another one (I am guessing cannon.com). So sorry guys!
On a good note, I should be able to blog a little more regularly because I got a new job...well it sort of fell into my lap and I could not turn it down. I will be the new school nurse at Fairfield Elementary School...not even 3 miles down the street we live off of! This means no more working nights, holidays, weekends, or SUMMER!!! (It is worth the $1,000 less I'll be making a month-ya, that is a lot. I know). I cannot believe Ben let me, as much of a stickler he is for money! No, he has been super cool about it...even though that is 3 days a week now that he won't have the excuse to go to taco bell! I'm so excited. I will still pick up shifts occasionally in the ED, this month is going to be rough though because I am working both jobs.
My first day was great. It is a pretty busy school. Twenty four kids stopped by and 4 were sent home with fevers. It is quite a change from the ED I will tell you that. I got to give one little kid a band-aid for his mosquito bite! So cute! But I am a big push over, I cannot tell you how many I let lay down for a "belly ache" instead of sending them back to class. I am going to have to tighten up or soon word will get around and I'll have a line out my door.
